The Law Enforcement Memorial Association is organized for educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue code as amended. In furthering our purposes, L.E.M.A. Inc. will establish maintain, and operate a museum facility. The museum's mission is two fold: 1. To collect, preserve, and exhibit artifacts and to disseminate information relevant to the history of the criminal justice system within the United States and it's territories both past and present, and to establish a police memorial museum & research library Complex for all Law Enforcement Officers, including "Forgotten Heroes" who have lost their lives in the line of duty within the United States and its territories in the past.
